Upon completion of your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
Orders will be picked up and processed within 24 hours on a weekday and weekend orders will be processed on Mondays.
Once an order is processed, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail or courier and you will receive an email to confirm dispatch.
If there are any issues regarding your order then we will let you know within the initial processing period via the email address you provide.

We do our best to ensure we are providing as close to actual postage costs as we can.
All orders to UK & Ireland and valued under £50 will be subject to a flat delivery rate of £3.99 (UK) and £4.50 if order is between £0 - £25 (Ireland) or £5.00 if order is between £26 - £49 (Ireland).
Any orders over £50 value will qualify for free postage.
All orders addressed within the UK & Europe will either be sent via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD or Whistl. ROI customers also have the option of delivery by An Post.
Where a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. no-one at home) you will be notified by our courier with options for re-delivery.
This may entail a missed delivery card requiring you to pick up the item.
With the exception of Royal Mail, the courier will automatically attempt delivery up to 2 more times, but if delivery is still unsuccessful you will be required to collect the parcel from your nearest sorting depot.
If your parcel is not collected within 7 days it will be returned to Procastangling and treated as a failed delivery.
Due to courier limitations, any items exceeding 1.2m length or rods over 8ft are excluded from free postage and incur a postage charge of £9.95 for (UK) regardless of value other charges apply per country.
As our An Post service is dispatched on a non-electronic manifest, items will take up to 24 hours to appear in An Post’s system
Worldwide Postage Information
International postage is charged against weight of the order with a set rate value depending on order transaction size and you will be quoted a price upon checkout for your dedicated country.
Procastangling E-Gift Card
Shop as usual on the website and then proceed to checkout. During checkout you’ll be asked to enter a 12-digit code, which you will have received via email after you have purchased the applicable E-Gift Card.
For multiple gift cards, enter one set of codes at a time.
After entering the gift card code, your order balance will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the gift card(s). If there’s any balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card in the usual way.
If you don’t spend the full value of the gift card(s), the remainder stays as a balance on the gift card in your online account for you to spend another time. Your gift card remains valid for 12 months from purchase, but please note that you can’t top up your card with additional credit.
You will also have the option to redeem the gift card value to the credit of your Procastangling account. To do this, login (My Account) at www.procastangling.co.uk. Click on the Gift Card link on the let hand side bar and click the Redeem Gift Card button, then add the long 12-digit number you had been supplied via Email.
If you have to return goods you’ve purchased online using your gift card, then we will credit your existing gift card or your online shopping account against further purchases.
