Presenting the 4th generation of Mag multipliers, the Penn MAG4 offers anglers two high performance reels that are specifically designed to handle long range casting on shores in the UK and EU.

Both multipliers are fitted with an adjustable, magnetic brake system with extended adjustment knob for superior control. The adjustment knob will make it easier to adjust the drag to accommodate the fishing conditions on that given day and allows experience casters to refine the cast during mid-cast.

There are 6+1 shielded stainless steel ball bearings for optimum smoothness. The spool bearings are premium oiled and the main and pinion gear are constructed from durable stainless steel.

The reel sports a very lightweight graphite frame and side-plates with fast gear access. The MAG4 comes with strengthening bars to reinforce the frame and stop any flex in the frame whilst under heavy pressure. Each multiplier also includes a reliable and tough Versa drag system with HT100 washers and a live spindle with a floating spool, making the spool totally free from restriction and drag. When in free spool mode, this ensures easy and trouble free, long distance casting.

The 515 MAG4 is perfect for targeting tough ground bass as well as general beach work, but with its greater line capacity the 525 MAG4 is the reel to choose for long range beach and mixed ground fishing.
