It has a high sugar and oil content, as well as being a source of Vitamins C & E and numerous minerals, along with enzymes specific to the conversion of carbohydrates and lipids. It also adds a beautifully creamy-sweet taste and aroma when applied to stick and method mixes. The recommended inclusion level in base mixes is 20-30ml/kg. (Does not melt PVA)
